Yes, you will need to download the Fetch app. Navigate to the Apple app store or Google play store and search for ‘Fetch’.

As a Fetch user, you will automatically get points back when you scan receipts that show you've purchased Kleenex® brand tissue.

Fetch offers targeted offers based on user behavior within the app; users are awarded Fetch points for redeeming offers, which can then be redeemed for rewards.

If you’re having issues with your Fetch account, please contact Fetch customer service directly through the Fetch app. Navigate to the ‘Me’ section of the app and scroll to the ‘Learn More’ section and tap the ‘Help Center’ to find tips, FAQs and a ‘Contact Us’ form.

Currently, the primary way of earning points is through purchases.

If your purchase was made on Amazon and you have connected your Amazon account to your Fetch account, there’s no need to save your receipt. Similarly, if you have connected your email account to your Fetch account, and you shopped at one of the following online retailers, there’s no need to save your receipt: Walmart, Target, Shipt, Costco, Instacart, Sam’s Club, Boxed, Peapod, Jet. If you shopped in-person or at any other online retailer, please save your receipt and snap a photo of your receipt to earn points.

Fetch points can be redeemed for gift cards in the Fetch page in the Fetch app.

Earn 25 points for every receipt scanned. You also earn points on purchases of more than 300 other eligible brands’ products. Additionally, Huggies points accrue to key milestones and are awarded based on the final purchase price, excluding any tax, delivery, and other charges other than the product itself, as accumulated over time and noted here: $150 total spent on eligible products = 5,000 Fetch Points, $350 total spent on eligible products = 10,000 Fetch Points, $550 total spent on eligible products = 15,000 Fetch Points, $750 total spent on eligible products = 20,000 Fetch Points.In order to earn points,any receipt you scan must contain a product and its corresponding price specific enough to confirm that the purchase was made.
