There will be one winner of this promotion in each participating store and he/she will win: one (1) 36cm Winnie the Pooh, one (1) 36cm Eeyore, one (1) 36cm Piglet and one (1) 36cm Tigger

How to enter
To enter the promotion, purchase any Kleenex facial tissue range promotional products ("Promotional Product"), swipe your Onecard or if you are entering online, by entering your Onecard number at the time of purchase and you are automatically entered in the draw. There is one entry for each Promotional Product purchased. The promotion is only being run in Foodtown, Woolworths and Countdown supermarkets.

  1. Entry into this promotion is deemed to be full acceptance of these terms & conditions.
  2. The promotion is open to Onecard holders who are New Zealand residents aged 16 years or over excluding employees, and their immediate families, of the promoter, its associated companies, its agencies and their associated companies, participating retailers, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion
  3. The promotion commences on 15/06/09 and closes at midnight at the end of 12/07/09. Both the purchase and the day of delivery must be within the promotional period. No entries will be accepted after this date.
  4. The prize draws will take place on 13/07/09 at each participating store. The prizewinner will be notified by telephone and/or mail using the details listed on the Onecard database. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the Onecard database are correct. In the event the winner cannot be contacted within three weeks of the prize draw, the prize will be redrawn.
  5. In the event that any prize(s) become unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  6. Winners will be offered an alternative prize of 54 boxes of Kleenex Expressions 82s facial tissues (RRP $177.66)
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected or lost and takes no responsibility for any entries not lodged through the Onecard system or if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect contact details being recorded on the Onecard system.
  8. The entrant will receive an entry in the prize draw for each Promotional Product purchased during the Promotion Period from a participating Foodtown, Woolworths or Countdown store and their Onecard must be swiped at the time of purchase or if you are entering online, by entering your Onecard number at the time of purchase.
  9. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash
  10. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winners’ details for promotional and media purposes without compensation and copyright in the relevant works will be vested in the Promoter.
  11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury incurred or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant winning a prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
